One resident says a culvert is to blame.
xxxxx Drainage Superintendent of West Lincoln says the flooding is normal.
xxxx at the Niagara Conservation Authority says there was no risk of major floods after January thaw. He is scheduled to visit the area.
xxxx Drainage Superintendant of Grimsby says he inspected the culvert and debris had started to buildup at the end of the culvert.
Staff has been scheduled to remove the debris.
Lets hope a little bit of maintenance works.
